Travnexa
Terms of Use

The rules that govern how Travnexa is used.

These terms explain what Travnexa does, what airlines and providers control, how payments and booking actions work, and the limits of our responsibility when you use the service.

We may update these terms at any time to reflect product, provider, or legal changes.

Who runs the trip

Travnexa runs the booking platform. The airline runs the flight and controls fare rules.

What changes live

Prices, availability, change quotes, and cancellation outcomes can shift with live airline and provider responses.

What to check first

Review traveler names, fare conditions, and booking totals carefully before you pay.

Service scope

Travnexa helps you search flights, compare options, complete bookings, and manage supported post-booking actions. Travnexa is not an airline, and your air travel contract is with the airline that issues your ticket.

Before checkout, you must confirm that traveler details match travel documents and that you accept these Terms together with the airline's Conditions of Carriage.

Flight prices and availability can change quickly. A fare shown earlier may no longer be available at payment time, and an expired offer may need to be refreshed before booking.

Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe. Depending on the booking flow, your card may be authorized first and captured after booking confirmation, or captured as part of the completed transaction.

If a booking or change cannot be completed, an authorization may be released or voided based on provider response and card-network timing.

Bookings and ticketing depend on successful payment completion. If payment is not successfully received, is later reversed, disputed, charged back, or cannot be recovered, Travnexa may suspend or cancel the booking, void any related ticketing, and recover outstanding amounts where permitted.

Airlines and providers

Your booking is subject to airline fare rules and Conditions of Carriage. Travnexa also uses third-party providers, including airline connectivity and payment providers, to complete booking and operational steps.

If an airline changes a schedule, limits a refund, rejects a change, or applies a fare rule, that outcome comes from the airline or provider response rather than from Travnexa alone.

Changes, cancellations, and refunds

Change and cancellation options depend on airline policies and live availability. Fees, penalties, and refund amounts are determined by airline rules and the fare attached to your booking.

A cancellation quote or change quote shown in Booking Manager reflects the amount available at that time and can depend on the airline response.

Where a refund is due, it is generally returned to the original payment card after processing begins. A confirmed cancellation does not always mean the refund has already been processed at that exact moment.

For more detail, see our Refunds and Cancellations page.

Security and data

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. For Booking Manager access, we may require verification checks, including one-time email codes or account sign-in, before allowing sensitive actions.

To run bookings, we collect and process data such as contact email, contact phone, traveler names, date of birth, title, and other booking information required by the airline or provider. Payment card details are handled by Stripe, and Travnexa does not store full card numbers or card security codes.

Data sent between your browser and our service is protected in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Sensitive identity document numbers are encrypted at rest where collected.

Liability, misuse, and updates

You agree not to abuse, scrape, reverse-engineer, overload, probe, or interfere with the service, and not to use Travnexa for unlawful activity or fraudulent bookings.

Some parts of Travnexa depend on airline systems, payment providers, or communication providers we do not control. We aim to keep the service available, but we cannot guarantee that every third-party dependency will be continuously available or error-free.

Any insights, audit notes, or recommendations are informational only and are not legal, financial, insurance, or professional advice.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Travnexa is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service or from third-party systems outside our control.

We may update these Terms at any time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, provider changes, or operational needs. Continued use of Travnexa after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
