How do I receive my booking confirmation?
Once your booking is confirmed, we send a confirmation email to the booking contact email with the key booking details and airline reference.
Can I manage my booking after I pay?
Yes. Use Booking Manager to review booking details, supported changes, cancellations, refund status, and the latest booking information available to us.
Can I cancel my flight through Travnexa?
If the fare and airline support cancellation, Booking Manager can request a live cancellation quote before you confirm the cancellation.
How are refunds calculated?
Refund amounts depend on airline fare rules, cancellation penalties, prior booking changes, and any non-refundable parts of the transaction that apply.
When will I receive my refund?
Once a refund has been processed, most card refunds appear within 5 to 10 business days. Timing depends on the bank and card network.
